Burger Beast: The 2013 Burgie Award Winners



It was a cool Saturday night on 2nd Street at Esplanade Park in Downtown Fort Lauderdale. QPQ’s Grille 401 Adventure



We recently tagged along with Go Riverwalk Magazine‘s Dining Destination writer Marci Boland Hanretta as she prepared her column for the February Issue. The subject of this month’s column was Grille 401 on Las Olas. The tasting, hosted by owner Kevin Blair, was a culinary adventure. Fresh ingredients, unique spices, explosion of flavors ending with luscious desserts. QPQ’s personal favorites noted. We ordered Bombay G&T’s to accompany our tasting, made impeccably by the bartender — we mention this because this very simple drink needs to be made precisely, with fresh and carbonated tonic and a slice of lime.
