Renee along the New River at Riverwalk ParkA Deerfield Beach and Fort Lauderdale resident since 1969, Renée Korbel Quinn retired from a successful 31 year banking career to develop QuinnProQuo. Her plan is simple… to incorporate her valuable experiences into creating opportunities for both For-Profit and Not-For-Profit organizations, as well as promoting partnerships between the two.

With the conviction that “a rising tide lifts all boats“, Renée Conceives, Connects, and Creates with a passion for making things happen!

Renée’s banking career encompassed such diverse roles as writing policies and procedures (Glendale Federal Bank), ensuring audit and compliance, directing statewide day to day branch banking operations (Comerica Bank) and establishing an organizational level of community involvement. As Vice President of Relationship Management for BNY Mellon Wealth Management, she focused on developing business and partnerships in the downtown Fort Lauderdale community.

Renée is best known, however,  for her passion at nurturing the Fort Lauderdale “Live-Work-Play” lifestyle.  Through her volunteer work with the Riverwalk Trust and it’s publication, GoRiverwalk magazine, Renée has successfully advocated for increased activation of the Riverwalk Park and the surrounding downtown community. In 2007, she supported the movement of the Winterfest Boat Parade Route to the New River and hosted a joint Winterfest and Riverwalk Trust Board mixer on board the Grand Floridian to showcase the new route. Efforts to bring the Winterfest Boat Parade to Downtown Fort Lauderdale enhanced viewership and increased awareness of the Riverwalk Park. As founding Chair, she launched a new Riverwalk Trust membership level, “GClub @Riverwalk Trust” and completed GClub’s inaugural project – the installation of 25 decorative clay pots throughout the Riverwalk Park, spilling over with lush, tropical flowers and trees – with her GClubRs. During her tenure as Board Transition Chair, Riverwalk Trust helped change the landscape of the Riverwalk Park with the  implementation of  Tree Harmony and The GClub @Riverwalk Trust. With Courtney Crush and Genia Duncan Ellis, they also secured the first ever annual event permit with the City of Fort Lauderdale.

Renée is a graduate of Leadership Fort Lauderdale Class III and Leadership Broward Class XXV, as well as Leadership Boynton Beach. These programs connect people throughout the community and promote their leadership potential.
